1. Organizer
The organizer of this prize draw is SDN Center Sp. z o.o., ul. [Straße und Hausnummer], [PLZ] [Ort], Polen (“Organizer”).
Contact for questions about the prize draw: conference@graftcode.com.
2. Subject matter and legal classification
These participation terms govern the free prize draw “Graftcode Building Challenge at the conference booth” at the respective trade fair / conference in Germany (Graftcode booth).
This is a free prize draw with a skill- and performance-based element (completion of verified Building Challenges). No stake or purchase is required. The promotion is not a state lottery under the German Interstate Treaty on Gambling and is not gambling for stakes.
By participating, entrants accept these terms.
3. Participation period
Registration and collection of tickets are permitted during opening hours of the Graftcode booth on event days (see notice at the booth).
Winners are drawn according to one winner per event day; exact time announced at the booth. The Organizer may adjust the period or draw in case of force majeure or official orders; participants will be informed at the booth or by email.
4. Eligibility
Natural persons aged 18 or older who participate in person at the event venue during the participation period (at the booth) may enter.
Not eligible: employees of the Organizer, affiliated companies and their relatives within the meaning of Section 15 German Stock Corporation Act, employees of cooperation partners involved in organization or evaluation, and legal entities.
Only one participant account per person is allowed (registration via the Conference web portal). Duplicate accounts or manipulation lead to exclusion.
5. Participation and process
Participation requires registration in the Graftcode Conference web portal, selection of a Building Challenge, successful technical proof of task completion (verification by the Organizer or automated check), and receipt of prize draw tickets via the provided Lottery service.
Tickets are credited depending on completed challenges. The more valid tickets a participant has collected, the higher the weight of their entry in the draw (weighted random selection).
Tickets are non-transferable, not for sale, and expire at the end of the participation period unless otherwise announced at the booth.
6. Prizes
The following physical prizes displayed at the booth and in the Conference portal may be won:
- DAY 1 PRIZE: LEGO Technic Liebherr Crawler Crane LR 13000 (no cash alternative; prize handed over as described)
- DAY 2 PRIZE: VITURE Luma Ultra XR/AR Glasses (no cash alternative; prize handed over as described)
7. Winner selection
Winners are determined each event day by weighted random draw among all holders of valid tickets who participate on site. Weighting corresponds to the number of valid tickets held by the participant at the time of the draw.
As a rule, one winner is drawn per day and main prize unless otherwise stated at the booth. A participant may win on multiple days if eligible for the respective draws.
The Organizer documents the draw internally. There is no legal claim to participation or a prize.
8. Notification, deadlines, and handover
Winners are announced at the booth immediately after the draw and contacted via the email address in their participant account.
The winner must respond within 14 days of notification and prove identity and eligibility (ID document). If there is no response, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
Handover takes place at the booth or by shipment within Germany/EU by agreement. Shipping costs are borne by the Organizer unless otherwise agreed. Customs or taxes in the recipient country are borne by the winner where applicable by law.
9. Exclusion and early termination
The Organizer may exclude participants for manipulation, fraud, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable law.
The Organizer may end or modify the prize draw for good cause (e.g. low participation, force majeure). Tickets already collected then expire without compensation.
10. Data protection
Personal data (e.g. email, progress, ticket count) are processed to run the prize draw, verify participation, and determine winners. Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
Further information is available in the Organizer’s privacy policy: https://graftcode.com/privacy.
Winner data may be stored for fulfillment, tax documentation, and proof to authorities.
11. Taxes and ancillary obligations
Prizes may have tax consequences for the winner (e.g. income tax on benefits in kind). The winner is responsible for taxation unless the Organizer is legally required to withhold tax.
For prizes above statutory reporting thresholds, the Organizer may transmit data to tax authorities.
12. Liability
The Organizer is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable typical damage.
The Organizer is liable for technical disruptions of network, devices, or third-party services (e.g. hosting, authentication) only in case of contributory fault.
13. Applicable law and dispute resolution
German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the participant’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
If the participant is a merchant, public-law entity, or special fund under public law, exclusive jurisdiction is the Organizer’s registered office in Germany where permitted.
The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Organizer is not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration but will review individual cases.
14. Final provisions
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Version date of these terms: 1. Juni 2026.
